You’ll step into a calm, intimate studio space and be introduced to a selection of herbs and ingredients used in traditional plant preparations.
Together, we’ll create a small herbal preparation (such as a vinegar infusion or honey-based blend) while learning how each ingredient supports the body.
Along the way, you’ll smell, touch, and work directly with the plants, gaining a practical understanding of how to use them at home.
The experience is slow, hands-on, and designed to be both relaxing and informative. You’ll leave with your own creation and a deeper connection to plant-based practices.
