Your driver or guide will meet you at your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. For travelers outside the Old Quarter, pickup is at the Hanoi Opera House. You will board a modern limousine bus with business-class seats, Wi-Fi, bottled water, and refreshing towels. The journey is direct but also scenic, taking about 2.5–3 hours through the Red River Delta with views of rice fields and small villages. A short rest stop is included midway. Upon arrival, you’ll be dropped off at your cruise harbor or central Halong City hotel, with the team assisting in coordinating with your cruise operator.
