Explore the profound history of Robben Island on an optional excursion where a former political prisoner guides you through the maximum-security complex and Nelson Mandela’s former cell. This visit is subject to availability and weather. This experience is paid for on your own onsite and includes a ferry crossing from the V&A Waterfront and a bus tour of the island’s landmarks, including the historic lime quarry.
