You'll meet me at Chiringuito Puente Romano, an easy and well-known spot on the Marbella coastline. We start with a proper conversation - what brought you here, what's going on for you, what you want from the session - so the practice is shaped around you rather than a fixed script.
From there I'll guide you through a breathwork session on the sand, drawing from Wim Hof style breathing, slow conscious breathing, and longer breath holds.
