An exclusive and completely gluten-free culinary experience, designed for those who want to live Italian cuisine in total safety, without sacrificing taste and tradition. In the heart of the Appia Antica Archaeological Park, you will learn how to prepare pizza, supplì and homemade ice cream using only gluten-free certified ingredients and professional techniques.
Each participant will work in a dedicated environment, with sanitized and contamination-free tools and surfaces. The experience includes 1 glass of selected Italian wine to accompany your meal.
