Itinerary
The tour begins early at 6:45 AM approx. From there, we'll board the kayak accompanied by a motor boat and paddle for approximately an hour, taking in views of Lake Titicaca, its diverse flora and fauna, and a small rock island along the route.
Once we reach the floating islands of Uros, the families who live there will explain how the islands are built and maintained using totora reeds, and what daily life looks like. Then, we'll switch to a fast boat (1 .5h) to reach Taquile Island.
