Start your day with a pickup from Brașov and head to Râșnov, home to its 14th-century fortress, once a safe haven for villagers during invasions through Bran Pass.
The citadel, currently under renovation, can be admired from the outside and its garden. Continue to Fortress Valley Cave, Romania’s youngest show cave, discovered after a flood reopened its entrance. With fiberglass walkways and halls like the 30-meter-high Great Hall, the cave impresses both with its beauty and conservation design.
