Tour around Fukuoka Art Museum with guidance from a Japanese painting artist with English interpretation. Standing by the pond in Ohori Park, the Fukuoka Art Museum displays a collection of over 16,000 pieces of art, ranging from ancient to modern art. Enjoy art appreciation accompanied by a professional Japanese painting artist. The museum also has a cafe and a gift shop selling original goods based on the museum's collection.

Experience creating a Japanese painting in a special atelier under the full guidance of a professional Japanese
painting artist. Not only will customers receive an explanation of Japanese painting itself, but they will also
be taught first of all how to hold and use a brush, so even those experiencing Japanese painting for the first time
can feel at ease. Customers can enjoy not only painting, but also getting to know Japanese culture by listening to
stories about the history and culture of Japanese painting. Customers can take home their very own creation. Local tea and sweets will be served during the experience.
(Experience Outline) Nihonga Japanese painting explanation - Practice using a brush - Copy the sketch - Trace the sketch with ink - Color with natural mineral pigments. A sketch will be used on this experience. Colored paper size: 12 cm × 13.5 cm. Those who finish painting early can enjoy a town stroll around the atelier.
