Pour participer à cette excursion, vous devez être en bonne condition physique et posséder une expérience préalable du vélo. Avant le départ, un court essai sera effectué : les personnes incapables de conduire le vélo en toute sécurité ne seront pas autorisées à participer à l'excursion. Dans ce cas, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour l'expérience manquée.

La taille minimale requise pour conduire les vélos électriques est de 150 cm (4'11") et l'âge minimum pour participer au tour est de 14 ans.

Il est recommandé de porter des vêtements confortables et des chaussures fermées adaptées à la pratique du vélo. En été, chapeau, lunettes de soleil et crème solaire sont conseillés.
