Itinerary
At the beginning of the session we will talk about music therapy and delve into its different intervention methods such as receptive, recreational, interpretive, improvisational and compositional; We will get to know each other a bit to find out which of these methods can be the most effective to reach the objectives that we set in the same session.
In the second part of the session, we will apply the use of music therapy in order to reduce stress, anxiety, improve attention, memory or motor skills with the different elements that we have in the office.
