We start at Casa Pumagui, in Villaseca, where the necessary equipment and a brief induction are delivered. We started a guided hike along a medium-difficulty trail, with some slopes and exposure to the arid climate of the Elqui Valley, until we reached an exotic and wild oasis characteristic of the Elqui Valley. During the wellness day, breathing exercises, body activation and simple mindfulness practices are carried out, guided by local facilitators. The experience includes a healthy snack break, teaching about Andean Good Living, and ends with a sound therapy session with Tibetan bowls, Andean sounds and guided meditation in the middle of nature.
