Lunch is included in the restaurant at the end of the visit to the olive grove. The oil tasting will be served at the table before lunch begins.

The activity begins, unless otherwise agreed, at 11 am from the structure of the farm. From the entrance of the structure begins the guided tour of the olive grove which consists of an educational walk directly with the producer. Along the way, various topics related to olive growing are discussed: history of the olive grove, life and production of the olive tree, cultivation operations, tree morphology and pruning and harvesting techniques.
