The waterfall is approximately 95 m in height (310 feet) and lies on the Umgeni River. The Zulu people called the falls KwaNogqaza, which means "Place of the Tall One".

Natal, South Africa. He spent the next 27 years of his life in prison.
The Nelson Mandela Capture Site commemorates this moment in history with a visitor centre (museum) and a world renowned sculpture.
