Starting at the stunning futuristic Toronto City Hall, Irma will tell walkers the story of modern Toronto of the 1950s, 60s and 70s. She will talk about the international architects that came here, plus some of the local heroes. There will be about 12 stops along the way, and sometimes there will be admission into interiors… But that will change with each tour. Irma will also discuss heritage architecture from Toronto’s earlier Victorian and Edwardian days. Because Irma is a drag queen, this is not your usual egghead architecture tour!
