Your experience begins in the kitchen with a brief introduction to the menu, followed by a visit to the market to select fresh ingredients. Back in the cooking space, you’ll prepare a full menu including a traditional drink, starter, and main dish, while learning local techniques. Enjoy a classic Pisco Sour during the class and finish with a delicious chocolate dessert. Finally, sit down and enjoy the meal you’ve created, just like in a restaurant.
