This shared cooking experience takes place in a welcoming Roman kitchen, where guests learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and recreate three iconic local sauces: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Amatriciana. A professional English-speaking chef guides every step with easy, hands-on instruction.
From Kitchen to Table
The class begins with a glass of Prosecco and Roman-style appetizers before diving into pasta-making. After cooking, guests move to a cozy dining area where their freshly made dishes are served. The experience ends with a homemade dessert prepared by the kitchen team. Please note: wine pairing is no longer included.
