You will become part of the world of Italian cuisine, as if you were working in a real brigade to a real catering delivery for lunch! The atmosphere will be relaxed and fun but you will learn real cooking techniques. Chef and the City
Chef and the City is a street workshop with three large shop windows and bright red signs. As soon as you arrive in front of the store you have to ring the bell of the central door to enter.

It is forbidden to bring food or drinks from outside

You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, you will be part of the Chef's brigade as if you were working on a real catering! You will get to know each other by spicing something from the buffet offered by the Chef. After 10 minutes you will start cooking together, under the Guide of the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own workstation and you will work on the professional benches, in groups of 4 - 5 people - as you can clearly see from the photos.
