This engaging 60-minute tour allows you to select premium green beans and roast them to your preference using our Roastronix roaster. Personalize your creation with a unique name, and take home a 100g bag of your own roast as a special Hawaiian souvenir. With a maximum of eight participants, enjoy an intimate experience led by knowledgeable guides who will share their passion for coffee and the farm’s history.

Go behind the scenes of a working coffee roastery and discover the art and science of transforming green coffee beans into a freshly roasted batch of Kona coffee. During this interactive, small-group experience, you'll learn about the coffee roasting process, explore how different roast profiles affect flavor, and watch our Roastronix roaster in action.
