The DAMARTES project (Ladies and Mothers of Art), originally named "Head-of-household mothers and their coconuts," is a microenterprise formed by seven women who, since 2008, have turned coconuts into jewelry, vases, containers, belts, and accessories, thanks to a craft workshop sponsored by the Proboquilla Foundation.
