The medieval village of Castelmola, recently added to the list of Italy's 100 most beautiful hamlets, has deep historical roots. The town’s charming center retains its ancient character, with narrow alleys and homes encircling the Castle. Traditional falconry performances still take place among the Castle’s ruins, amplifying the medieval atmosphere of this picturesque village.

Next, we will visit the captivating Taormina, where remnants of a glorious past are tucked away in its narrow streets. In addition to the magnificent Greek-Roman Theatre, which offers a unique view of Mount Etna through a natural fissure, the town is home to many other historical treasures.
