After pickup from your hotel in Cape Town, travelers will head to the Nelson Mandela Gateway for check-in before boarding the ferry to Robben Island. Guests will enjoy a scenic boat ride across Table Bay followed by a guided bus tour around the island and a powerful prison tour often led by former political inmates, including a visit to Nelson Mandela’s prison cell, the limestone quarry, and other important historical landmarks before returning to Cape Town.

After returning from the Robben Island tour, travelers will visit the Two Oceans Aquarium where they can explore fascinating marine exhibits featuring sharks, penguins, turtles, colorful fish, and other sea life from the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Guests will have time to walk through the underwater viewing tunnels, interactive displays, and beautifully designed ocean habitats located at the V&A Waterfront.

After visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, travelers will continue to Table Mountain where they will ride the famous rotating cable car to the summit and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Cape Town, Table Bay, Robben Island, and the surrounding coastline.
