Join us at the Hovaz Wines Tasting Room in the center of Dilijan to learn how we produce our sparkling rosé wines using the same traditional method used in Champagne, France, with the option of taking home your own bottle, which you will cork and label yourself. First, you’ll get to know the traditional method of making sparkling wine. Then you’ll see how the leese, or the leftover yeast particles produced naturally during the fermentation process, is removed from bottles that are ready to be corked.
