Arriving at the archaeological park in the valleys you can admire the Temple of Segesta : majestic and perfectly preserved. Here you will have free time to explore it freely, walk around its columns and be surprised by its harmony. If you wish, you can take the shuttle to the Greek theatre: set high up, it offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Castellammare, where the sea meets the wheat fields. It is the ideal place for a photo break or, simply, to breathe a little history. After the visit to the Archaeological Park, we will head towards the ancient medieval village of Erice (about 45 minutes transfer) During the climb, if the weather allows, we will stop to admire the salt pans of Trapani or the imposing silhouette of Mount Hood from above. Every curve offers a new glimpse and a new wonder.

What's Erice Like? Once at the top, the medieval village opens up like a small world suspended between sky and sea. You can lose yourself in its stone alleys, among ancient doors and pastry scents. DA here, the view of the Aegadian Islands looks like a painting that changes color with light. Those who want can reach the Castle of Venus, ruler of the landscape, or browse the craft shops where ceramics, carpets and liquors tell the tradition of Erice. And of course, a stop to taste the famous Genoese and mustazzoli.
