Matka Canyon
Our first destination for today will be Matka near Skopje. It is impressive how this beautiful nature paradise is located so close to the bustling capital. We will join the boat ride at Matka Canyon that will take you through the canyon all the way to Vrelo cave and be amazed by the wild nature of Matka. The Vrelo cave in Matka is part of the top 77 of the best natural sites in the world by the New7Wonders project. The boat trip takes about 2 hours. Besides the fun boat trip through the canyon, Matka has much more to offer, such as caves, medieval castles, spectacular hiking routes and the option to go swimming in the turquoise waters. After this experience we will drive back towards Skopje. Overnight in Skopje
