Begin your culinary adventure with a visit to a local market, where you’ll learn how to select the freshest Thai ingredients. Then, head to the Rice Barn’s Kitchen, located just outside Chiang Mai, surrounded by rice fields, a fishpond, and seasonal vegetable gardens.
Once there, settle into your personal cooking station, equipped with everything you need.
