At 24, I bring the energy of being in my early 20s with the perspective of someone who has studied abroad in Europe, lived in Japan for four months, and traveled across Asia and North America. These experiences gave me a global outlook and made me even prouder to share Oman’s culture. Al Mirani Fort is one of Muscat’s twin forts overlooking the harbor, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. Standing opposite Al Jalali Fort, it once protected the old city and Sultan’s Palace. Today, it remains a striking landmark showcasing Oman’s maritime history and coastal defense.
