Once your booking is completed, you will receive confirmation through Viator. Our team will review your pickup details, travel date, selected vehicle option, and scheduled pickup time to ensure everything is correctly arranged.
Please provide your full pickup address at the time of booking. Pickup is available from hotels, residences, offices, airports, train stations, ports, or private addresses within the covered pickup area.
2. Chauffeur & Vehicle Preparation
Prior to your travel date, a professional private hire driver will be assigned to your booking. Your selected vehicle will be prepared, cleaned, and scheduled for your journey to Ascot Racecourse.
