A trip to the stunning Marble Quarries is the best way to savour the atmosphere of this beautiful area. Enter a spectacular environment that is completely different from anything you may have seen before.
The quarry is no respecter of human size, the quarry is the size of giants, ceilings dozens and dozens of metres high, huge halls, gigantic blocks and excavation equipment weighing up to 80 tonnes.
