We will leave the Historic Center of Oaxaca de Juárez to head to Teotitlan del Valle. Our second stop will be Santiago Matatlán, the Mezcal Capital of the World, where you will be part of the process of making the mezcal, cut agave, taste cooked maguey, package your own bottle and get to know our matured mezcal cava. But the most amazing thing hardly comes, and it is our tasting of more than 12 different Mezcales. Any of you like it? We can try it again.
And finally, we will visit the maguey/agave fields aboard a barrel-shaped truck, along the way we will talk about its cultivation, varieties, and discover why it is such a noble plant. You will taste other drinks such as: pulque, cured, me...

Unser erster Halt ist Teotitlán del Valle, ein symbolträchtiger Ort, an dem Sie den handwerklichen Prozess hinter der Herstellung traditioneller Muschelkerzen und Wollmatten kennenlernen, Zeugen von Generationen Geschichte. Tauchen wir ein in die Welt des Mezcal. Unser zweiter Punkt ist eine Tour über die Magueyero-Straßen, dem Rohmaterial für die Mezcal-Produktion, an Bord eines mobilen Fasses. Sie gehen zu Plantagen, führen Rituale durch und besuchen eine Pulqueria, wo Sie Pulque, Curados, Met und Tepache verkosten.
