Even though the ingredients are not Georgian, the techniques, shapes, and cultural elements are exactly as we use back home. During this activity, you will learn how traditional Adjarian khachapuri is made — one of the most beloved dishes in Georgian cuisine. To make the process easier and more enjoyable, you will have pre‑prepared yeast dough waiting for you at the masterclass. This way, we can jump straight into the most exciting part: shaping the boat, mixing the cheese, and baking it together.
In addition to the khachapuri, we will also prepare a traditional Georgian salad made with cucumbers and tomatoes, topped with thinly sliced onion and a delicious walnut dressing.
