Urahoro Shrine
I will introduce the history of this 130-year-old shrine and its connection with Urahoro Charcoal. It's a shrine known for breast health and safe travel blessings.
There's an unique potato-shaped omikuji (fortune slip) that you can only find in Urahoro Shrine.

㈱浦幌木炭
I will introduce the century-old history and how to make charcoal and show you around the kilns. If you join in the right time, you may have a chance to enter the open kiln.
You will discover how charcoal connects people, daily life, and the nature through hands-on activities like wood-chopping and mochi grilling with the support of the craftsmen.
And don't forget you can make your one and only charcoal decoration as a souvenir!^^
It’s interactive and fun, and both adults and kids usually enjoy this part!
