Second Stop: St. Nicholas Island We then continue toward St. Nicholas Island, a destination where history and nature meet in quiet harmony. For the final swimming break, we head toward either Akvaryum Bay or Balaban Cave, depending on sea conditions and the overall atmosphere of the coastline. Akvaryum Bay is known for its exceptional clarity — waters so transparent that the seabed feels within reach. It is a place of light, reflection, and effortless calm. Alternatively, Balaban Cave offers a more dramatic setting. Approaching by boat, the textured rock formations and the deep blue tones of the water create a striking yet peaceful scene.
