From there, a 15- minute boat trip across the Inambari river to Puerto Carlos, followed by a 45-minute car ride to Boca Colorado, and finally, a four-and-a half-hour boat journey upstream the Madre de Dios river. We reach Manu Wildlife Center for lunch.
