Cusco City – Transport to Rainbow Mountains – Vinicunca – Summit at 5,200 m on ATV – Return – Transport to Huchuy Phinaya for lunch – Continue to the Base Camp of Nevado Santa Catalina at 4,700 m.
Breakfast at the hotel. Start of trekking in the Rainbow Mountains. Ascent to Mount Vinicunca (5,150 m) on ATVs. By private transport, continue to Pueblo Huchuy Phinaya for lunch (4,400 m), start trekking with donkeys to Santa Catalina Base Camp (4,700 m). We will spend the night in tents at an altitude of 4,700 m.

• Transport to Vinicunca: Approximately 3 hours by private vehicle to the trailhead.
• Ascent to Mount Vinicunca: 5,150 m by ATV.
• Lunch altitude: 4,400 m (Pueblo Huchuy Phinaya).
• Trekking distance from Huchuy Phinaya to Base Camp: Approximately 10 km with a gradual ascent.
• Night altitude: 4,700 m. We will camp in tents at the Base Camp of Nevado Santa Catalina.
