Baga gazriin chuluu is a region characterized by granite stone mountains, spanning 15 km in length and 10 km in width. The stone massif reaches its highest peak at 1700 m above sea level, situated in the middle Gobi. Rich in historical remnants, this area preserves the remains of a monastery, ancient tombs, and more. Immerse yourself in the unique formations of granite in Baga gazariin chuluu, explore the remnants of the old monastery, and become captivated by the vast emptiness of the Gobi. Among the many scenic spots within the baga gazriin stone massif, surtiin am stands out. It is a narrow canyon adorned with asp, birch, white wicker, and elm trees. The site includes the ruins of a stone temple and the remnants of two yurts where monks resided and meditated since the seventieth century.
