Central Park Carousel
Originally conceived in 1908 by Solomon Stein and Harry Goldstein, the present Carousel stands as one of the nation’s most extensive merry-go-rounds, adorned with 57 intricately hand-carved horses and two ornamental chariots. Despite its continued operational status, the Carousel has surpassed the century mark and has undergone numerous iterations of repair and maintenance.

Wollman Rink
Featured in films and shows like Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, Serendipity, Gossip Girl, Love Story, Limitless, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, and Mr. Popper’s Penguins, the Wollman Rink is a public ice rink located in the southern part of Central Park in Manhattan. Opened in 1949 with a donation from Kate Wollman, it operates for ice skating from October to April and transforms into a multi-purpose venue during the summer months.

Gapstow Bridge
Gapstow Bridge, an iconic stone arch over The Pond near Fifth Avenue, was designed by Jacob Wrey Mould (original wooden version 1874; current structure 1896).
Home Alone 2 (1992): Kevin meets the Pigeon Lady here in a snowy, heartfelt scene amid her flock.
Gossip Girl: Blair Waldorf’s favorite spot to feed the ducks by the bridge, often with Dorota.
Enchanted (2007): Features in the joyful “That’s How You Know” musical number with dancing and park magic.
Its scenic views make it a beloved filming location and visitor spot!

Conservatory Water
From Movie Stuart little. Its main feature is an ornamental pond, also known as the Model Boat Pond, where children and hobbyists launch and race miniature sailboats and yachts. These are stored and rented at the nearby Kerbs Boathouse, which also houses a cafe. The edges of the water, lined with benches, are popular spots for relaxing and watching boats and people. The area also draws visitors to two significant statues: Alice in Wonderland, one of the most popular statues in the Park, and the monument to the children’s book author Hans Christian Andersen. In the winter, when the water freezes all the way through, the pond is also open for ice skating

Bethesda Terrace
Bethesda Terrace From Movies : Gossip Girls, Home alone,Elf,Spider Man, Law and Order, 27 Dresses. Avengers, Made In Manhattan. The Mintons encaustic tiles of the arcade ceiling were removed in the 1980s renovation because the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission deemed the tiles too costly to restore. Instead, the Commission approved the commission of a ceiling mural in its place. Mayor Ed Koch declared in June 1987 that the tiles would be restored. The tiles sat in storage for more than 20 years until the Conservancy received a private donation for their restoration. The Conservancy began restoring the tiles for 7 million dollars in 2004, and the tiles were reinstalled in 2007. There are 14,000 such tiles; most of them are part of the original design.

Strawberry Fields, John Lennon Memorial
Strawberry Fields is a 2.5-acre (1.0 ha) landscaped section in New York City's Central Park, designed by the landscape architect Bruce Kelly, that is dedicated to the memory of former Beatles member John Lennon. It is named after the Beatles' song "Strawberry Fields Forever", written by Lennon. The song itself is named for the former Strawberry Field children's home in Liverpool, England, located near Lennon's childhood home.

Bow Bridge
The bridge was designed by Calvert Vaux and Jacob Wrey Mould, and completed in 1862. It was built by the Bronx-based iron foundry Janes, Kirtland & Co., the same company that constructed the dome of U.S. Capitol Building. The bridge was restored in 1974.The bridge was closed again in November 2023 for a two-month renovation. movies and television shows have Bow Bridge appeared in? Pinebank Arch
From Movie Elf. Designed to be integrated with the landscape, it seems to emerge from rock outcrops on either end, and its lacy ironwork almost blends in with the surrounding foliage. The bridge is often photographed and is a popular spot from which to survey the surrounding landscapes and take photographs.
