There are some great breather spots along the way and you have the chance to cool off in the river at the end of the ride. It’s a good trail no big hills and pretty flat most of the way. Your level determines how far you will ride, the guide will completely tailor make the tour to suit you. It's a great way to get those legs going, escape the masses and the heat of summer in the city.
