The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. You will discover the secrets of wine and grapes and the best combinations with strictly typical foods. During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle, and desserts are the dishes we will prepare and eat together. Our dinner cooking class starts at 5 PM on Tuesday and Friday, while the lunch cooking class begins at 10 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our classes lasts about 4 hours.
