You agree to release and hold harmless Hello DC Tours, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from your participation. Smoking, consumption of food, or alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. This tour vehicle is not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs. Due to limited space, large strollers, luggage, or oversized personal items are not allowed onboard. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable footwear and bring water to stay hydrated. Your participation in the tour confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
