In this class, you’ll prepare a full Vietnamese family-style meal — the kind that brings everyone to the table. Together, we’ll make five traditional dishes: Kho Quet (caramelized dipping sauce) with fresh vegetables, crispy spring rolls, eggs in tomato sauce, stir-fried morning glory with garlic, and fish in tomato sauce.
Each dish represents the warmth and harmony of Vietnamese home cooking — simple ingredients turned into comforting flavors. You’ll cook, taste, and share stories just like a true family gathering in Vietnam.
