A Pro Truffle Shop with decades of experience Guides you to discover what the earth has to give at that precise moment. On return: gourmet tasting with freshly picked truffles.
The experience begins in a historic Villa of 1500, home to the farm that hosts the experiences. From there you enter the woods of San Miniato with Francesca, a Pro Truffle Maker with decades of field experience and her trained truffle dog. The search is true: no scripts, no truffles hidden in advance. You walk, you listen, you learn to read the woods.
