Please arrive at the Studio Tour at least 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time to allow sufficient time for admission. Guests who arrive late or fail to arrive for their reserved timeslot will be considered no-shows, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Free for children aged 0–3 (For children aged 0 to 3, please contact the Studio Tour directly on the day of the experience to request an infant ticket). Children aged 0–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult

To verify age, the venue may request that guests present a valid form of identification.

Entry is permitted up to 1 hour before your time booked. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your time booked.
