Plan A: Sumo Entertainment & Interaction Experience thrilling sumo demonstrations by retired pro wrestlers. Step onto the Dohyo (sumo ring), learn traditional techniques, and even challenge a former pro to a match! Note: This is an educational performance, not a competitive tournament.
Plan B: Authentic Pro Training Session Receive hands-on training from retired sumo wrestlers in an intensive "boot camp" designed for those who want to train like a real Grand Sumo athlete. Note: Not recommended for children under 5, pregnant women, or those with serious medical conditions.

・Both plans exclude meals. Plan A guests can order from our diverse on-site menu, including Vegetarian and Vegan options (please inform staff upon arrival). Food service is currently unavailable for Plan B.
・Plan A is an entertaining performance designed to make Sumo fun and accessible for all ages. Please note it is not a competitive tournament (Honbasho).
・Wheelchair users: Please contact our staff in advance for assistance.
・Outside food is permitted ONLY for guests with Halal requirements or severe food allergies.
・If arriving by taxi, please show the following address/instructions to the driver:「運転手さんへ：外堀通り沿いの「銀座インズ1（東京都中央区銀座 西３ー１先）」までお願いします。お客様は地下の会場へ行かれますので、インズ1の入口付近で降車させてください。」
