Stroll through historic Lower Manhattan, visit sites like Fraunces Tavern where George Washington bid farewell to his officers, and learn about famous (and infamous!) 18th and 19th-century drinking establishments.
The tour culminates at Quiet Eternity, a modern day tavern themed cocktail bar, where participants indulge in two full-sized cocktails inspired by colonial recipes and ingredients while gaining insights into the early drinking habits of New Yorkers.

Quick Eternity
Each ticket includes two full-sized cocktails at Quiet Eternity, to be enjoyed during the last hour of the experience. While you enjoy your drinks your tour guide will go over how they connect to the drinking habits of 18th century New Yorkers.
Participants can also opt for non-alcoholic substitutions. While options may change seasonally, the cocktails designed for the tour will be based on traditional colonial recipes and/or use 18th century inspired ingredients such as rum punch, mulled cider, applejack, or madeira inspired cocktails.
