Next, a Michelin-recommended taquería with an international twist—confit pork belly with hoisin, sriracha, and pickled vegetables. Enjoy a clean, bright mezcal joven.
Then, smoke and fire: brisket or miso-marinated beef, plus a signature smoked avocado dish featured by the New York Times. Served with a Cupreata–Criollo mezcal blend, mineral and citrusy.
