Tokara Wine Estate.
Hours: Open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, with last tasting at ~17:30.
Tasting options: you can generally select by wine “ranges” (Premium / Reserve / Directors Reserve), or by type (reds / whites). Also cheese platters are available to accompany tastings.

They have a Restaurant that’s more upscale / à la carte. Lunch here is from 12:00 to 15:00.
