Tour and tasting includes an in-depth tour, tailored to the interests of tour participants as much as possible. Explore the different permaculture crops around the farm - both planted and foraged - that make the basis of St. Steve's teas and cordials. See the greenhouses where they grow everything from herbs & flowers to ginger, and learn about hydroponics, grey water systems and sustainable production methods. Learn how St. Steve's products are grown and made from real plants. Taste the cordials (simple syrups), mixed with water as an herbal tea. The cordials do not contain alcohol, so great for the whole family. Browse the Farm Shop for tasty beverages to purchase.
