During the SUP-lesson (morning/afternoon) you will get 30 minutes instructions about how to use the paddle board before we go into the water. After this we go into the water and here you will get lessons of your instructor of 1 hour. After this we go back to the beach get a shower and get ready for breakfast or dinner at El Muelle Bar.
