With the dazzling company and translation skills of the Gourmet Girls & the culinary genius of Chef Michele, enjoy a hugely fun and interactive cooking experience. Bringing together the most loved foods and produce from the area, we learn to make a classic regional pasta dish from scratch, observe the time honoured trade of mozzarella making and create a modern twist on a classic Italian dessert. Bringing together the most loved foods from the area, we’ve put together the perfect combo of live demonstrations and hands on pasta making. Join us as we team up with Chef Michele and enjoy a fun and interactive cooking experience. We raise a glass of chilled Prosecco on arrival before rolling up our sleeves and trying our hand at making ‘scialatelli alla Nerano’ pasta which was created here on the Amalfi Coast.
