This is not a commercial attraction or a crowded tourist stop. The sanctuary is located deep in the Akumal jungle, completely outside the typical tourist routes; a hidden place that most travelers would never discover on their own. We personally guide our guests there to offer access to a meaningful experience focused on connection, conservation, and respect for wildlife.

Guided by a passionate local nature expert, you’ll discover the inspiring mission of the sanctuary and learn the important differences between a rescue sanctuary and a traditional zoo. Throughout the experience, you’ll interact closely with incredible animals from the region and beyond, including colorful guacamaya parrots, gentle giant turtles, boas, crocodiles, hawks, deers, wild pigs, and many more fascinating species.
And then comes the absolute highlight of the sanctuary: the spider monkeys Curious, intelligent, playful, and incredibly affectionate, these amazing animals create unforgettable moments and genuine emotional connections with guests.
